New colleagues at Frame

Three new staff members have joined Frame’s team this year! We’re happy to introduce our new colleagues; Project Manager for Venice Biennale Ellinor Zetterberg, Programme Coordinator Mariliis Rebane and the Green Palette Project Coordinator, Saara Korpela.

Starting March 2023, Project Manager Ellinor Zetterberg is in charge of planning and executing the exhibition production for the Finnish Pavilion at the 60th Venice Art Biennale coming up in the Spring of 2024. Ellinor has a background in arts management studies. Since 2012, she has been working in the contemporary arts, with both international and domestic exhibition production and gallery management, most recently as Director at Zetterberg Gallery.

Programme Coordinator Mariliis Rebane is responsible for coordinating Frame’s Visitor Programme this spring, and assisting the programme team especially with the annual portfolio meetings. Mariliis is a curator and researcher who has worked over the past few years as a Kone Foundation grantee. She is a graduate of the Praxis Master’s Programme at the Uniarts Helsinki and holds an Art History MA Degree from the University of Helsinki. Mariliis has worked at IHME Helsinki, Uniarts Helsinki, Finnish National Gallery and Forum Box.

Saara Korpela has started as the coordinator in the two-year Green Palette project, which aims to develop digital tools to strengthen the ecological competence and networks of the visual arts field. Saara has worked as an eco-coordinator in the visual arts organisations ANTI Contemporary Art Festival, HIAP – Helsinki International Artist Programme, IHME Helsinki, Mustarinda Association and Frame.
