  • Report directly to the foundation’s CEO.

We expect from you:

  • A deep commitment and motivation to serve the Finnish contemporary art scene with an open-minded, active, and dialogical approach.
  • A degree in the field and/or diverse practical skills and a deep understanding of the contemporary art scene.
  • At least 5 years of work experience in the field of contemporary art, including international experience.
  • The ability to combine strategic vision with practical action.
  • A self-directed, goal-oriented, and systematic work approach.
  • The ability to take responsibility as part of a small team, and good interaction skills.
  • Commitment to fair, inclusive, and sustainable working practices.

The work involves traveling.

Additionally, we appreciate:

  • Networks relevant to the job.
