This page contains information for guests who have received accreditation for the 61st Venice Biennale preview days through Frame Contemporary Art Finland / Pavilion of Finland. The preview days are held on 6–8 May 2026.

In the 2026 Venice Biennale, the Pavilion of Finland will present Jenna Sutela’s exhibition Aeolian Suite. Read more about the exhibition here.

The personal accreditation allows access to the Venice Biennale exhibition venues, Giardini and Arsenale, from Wednesday to Friday, 6 and 8 May 2026. The exhibition venues are open 10 am – 7 pm during the opening week.

All the accredited guests need an official preview ticket to enter the Venice Biennale venues during the preview days.

How to receive the preview ticket:

  • The guests of Frame Contemporary Art Finland / Pavilion of Finland have received a personal confirmation of approved accreditation via email.
  • The official preview ticket will be sent to your email address from the La Biennale di Venezia organisation in April. If you have not received your ticket by 24 April, please contact us. Remember to check the junk mail box as well.
  • The named preview ticket must be presented at the Biennale entrance together with an identity card. Please note that each invitation is strictly personal and non-transferable.
  • The ticket allows access to the Biennale exhibition venues, Giardini and Arsenale, from Wednesday to Friday, 6 and 8 May 2026, 10 am – 7 pm.

 

Accessibility in Venice

The Finnish Pavilion is located in the Giardini Biennale park, which is accessible by wheelchair. The nearest vaporetto (water bus) stop is Giardini. The Venice Biennale will publish an accessibility map of the exhibition areas closer to the Biennale. In addition to flying, you can also travel to Venice by land in a more environmentally sustainable way. Traveling from Helsinki to Venice by ferry and train takes about two days. One possible route is to take a ferry from Helsinki to Stockholm, from where the journey continues by overnight train to Hamburg, Germany. From Hamburg, the journey continues by train to Venice.
