Due to recent staff changes, from June 2026 onwards, Frame grant services will be handled mainly by the Head of Administration, Emmi Vainio.
Grant counselling is given primarily by email and by Frame’s grant service. Grant counselling telephone hours are on Mondays from 1–3 pm. Please note that there might be longer response times to grant counselling.
Frame’s office is on holiday in July, which also applies to the grant services. We ask grantees who wish to have grant payments done before the holiday season to sign their contract in the grant service by 15 June 2026. The grant counselling returns from holidays on 10 August 2026.
