Join us to celebrate the Finnish Pavilion at the Venice Biennale in May! Art professionals and other stakeholders may now apply for accreditation to the preview days of the 61st International Art Exhibition – La Biennale di Venezia as a guest of Frame Contemporary Art Finland/Pavilion of Finland. Press accreditations are applied directly through La Biennale di Venezia.
This year, the preview days will be held from Wednesday to Friday, 6–8 May 2026. The inauguration ceremony of the Finnish Pavilion will be held at the Giardini della Biennale on Wednesday, 6 May at 1 pm.
Frame Contemporary Art Finland is the commissioner of the Pavilion of Finland at the Venice Art Biennale. This year the pavilion presents artist Jenna Sutela‘s exhibition Aeolian Suite, curated by Stefanie Hessler. The Aalto Pavilion, designed by Alvar and Elissa Aalto in 1956, celebrates its 70th anniversary.
Apply for accreditation by completing the online form below by Sunday, 1 March.
Please note that the accreditations are personal and each person must apply for their own accreditation. The personal admission ticket must be presented at the Biennale entrance.
Please note that while we aim to provide accreditation to all applicants, the number of accreditations is limited. The confirmation of an approved accreditation will be sent to your email address by Friday, 13 March. The actual admission ticket for the preview days will be sent to your email from the Venice Biennale organisation in April. Please make sure that the email address you enter in your registration is correct.
Please notify us immediately if you have to cancel your accreditation.
Please note that Frame Contemporary Art Finland is not responsible for the travel arrangements or costs for participating in the preview days.
