Frame will sublease two desks at our office starting in February 2025. The desks are located in Frame’s open office at Töölönkatu 11, Helsinki. AV-arkki and Baltic Circle are located in the same office.
The renter would ideally be an arts and culture organisation or association, or optionally a freelancer or company. The desks are well suited for office work and quiet working.
The rent for one desk is 200–250 €/month, depending on the size of the organisation. The desks can be rented separately or together. The duration of the contract is a minimum of 6 months, with a possibility for a longer contract. The rent includes internet, electricity, and use of kitchen and two meeting rooms.
The office provides storage for a computer and basic office supplies, but there is no other storage space available. The office is open for evening and weekend work as well. Organising events has to be separately agreed upon.
