Frame is hosting an online discussion on Thursday, 10 April 2025, at 10–11.30 am, presenting two Swedish visual arts networks, Bildkonst Sverige and Svensk curatorförening (The Swedish Curators’ Association). At the event, Executive Director Magdalena Malm from Bildkonst Sverige and Jonatan Habib Enqvist, Chair of Svensk curatorförening, will present the mission, activities, and current priorities of the organisations. They will also discuss the current developments in Swedish cultural policy and the visual arts sector.
The event is open for all to participate and requires no registration. The event will be held in English.

Magdalena Malm
Bildkonst Sverige, founded in 2023, is an association of visual art organisations in Sweden. The member organisations include major art institutions, commercial galleries, kunsthalles, as well as small independent art organisations throughout the country.
The Swedish Curators’ Association, founded in 2021, is a politically independent non-profit organization representing, safeguarding, and promoting curators’ professional, economic, and social conditions.
The event is part of Frame’s ongoing series of online meetings for Finnish visual arts organisations. These sessions aim to promote dialogue, foster collaboration, and support the development of the visual arts sector.
